Cancellation Policy I understand that sometimes schedules change and appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients' needs, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. 48-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
